Delivery, Click & Collect & Returns
At Destination Pet we know that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, that’s why we have put together a set of delivery and collect in-store options that are convenient for you.
All orders are sent directly from our Northampton or Milton Keynes warehouse. Therefore prices in store and on-line may be different. The Price on-line is the price you pay for website orders.
Courier delivery Policy
We ship ambient orders 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). If you place your order before 1pm we will aim to ship your parcel the same day.
We ship frozen orders 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday). If you pace your order before 11:30am we will aim to ship your parcel the same day.
Subject to stock availability and parcel volumes.
Your parcel depending on its size will be delivered on one of our own vans or sent via Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes. Your delivery should arrive within 1-3 working days from the time you receive your order dispatched email, however there may be factors out of our control that may delay this. Please allow extra time for remote areas.
Order by midnight for FREE next day own van delivery in West Midlands, East Midlands and South East, East of England. subject to availability, Orders over £99 for free delivery.
Please Note: This is available on UK deliveries excluding Northern Ireland, remote UK regions, premium deliveries, Frozen products & over 20KG are excluded from the free delivery and a surcharge will incur. Your final delivery charge will be shown at the checkout.

Delivery Rates (Remote UK Regions)
We offer standard delivery for all orders less than 30kg in the following regions:

We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Islands and International locations including Republic of Ireland.
We understand that sometimes it may not always be convenient to use home delivery or that you just don’t have time to find everything in the shop. To make buying from Destination Pet more convenient, we have launched our FREE collect in-store service.
If your order contains an item that is out of stock or is not sold in your chosen collection store, we will send the product from our warehouse to your chosen collection store. If your order is placed before 11am, your order will be ready for collection the following working day.
- Simply place your order choosing the Collect In-Store option during the checkout, selecting the store of your choice.
- We will then email you when your order is ready to pick up.
- Visit the collection store, you can find maps and opening times using our store locator. These details will also be included on your ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
- Go to the till and provide the following information to one of our store colleagues: Proof of Purchase - a printed or digital version of your ‘Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’ email.
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must bring your ‘Ready to Collect’ or your ‘Order Confirmation’ email.
We will hold your Collect In-Store orders for 21 days before refunding.
Under the distant selling regulation you are able to cancel this contract, we will provide you a full refund or the original purchase price and delivery charge, providing that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 days after the delivery of the product. This is on the provision that you have provided reasonable care of the products, the products are unused and that the producst have been returned to Destination Pet in a resalable condition.
To return your products, please use the pre-paid label and steps attached to the rear of the invoice inside your order. or email email@example.com for further details.
The cost of returning the products back to Destination Pet is your responsibility, unless the products delivered is not the item that was ordered, is faulty or damaged.
